Your whole factory. One thread.
Stock, production, GST, wages — one app that connects them all.
NEEDS ATTENTION
MONEY IN AND OUT
Four copies of the truth
Each copy is honest. Together they disagree — and month-end decides who was lying.
Enter it once. Watch it travel.
One purchase order — and every shape it takes after, without anyone retyping it.
The screenmatchesthe shelf.
- Stock is never typed. It moves when goods move.
- Every change names its document. Tap it, see the paper.
- Shelf says 940, screen says 960? Fix it with a reason — now “what did damage cost us?” has an answer.
GST thatchecks itself.
- GSTR-1 and 3B build themselves from your bills.
- Every problem listed before you file — with the bill’s name on it.
- Credits used in the legal order, so cash never goes where a credit could.
Everything. Organised like your factory.
29 screens. Every one says what it’s for — and what it refuses.

| What a batch cost to makeMaterial cost per run, and per piece — taken from what the run actually consumed, not from the recipe. Scrap is paid for by the good pieces, so a bad run costs more each, which is the point of looking. | Where the money came from: by item, by customer, by supplier, by monthSales, purchases, production, spending, wages and stock written off — each grouped the way you ask and downloadable as it reads. Returns are netted and shown, not hidden. Wages sit behind their own permission, so the supervisor who marks the register never sees them. | Partly | Partly | Partly | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| This month against last monthEvery one of those reports can be held against the period before it, or against the same period last year. The month that went quiet still gets a row — a customer who bought last month and nothing this month is the line worth seeing, and a comparison that drops it only ever shows growth. Rises are coloured only where there is an honest direction: revenue up is good news, stock written off up is not, and a bigger tax figure is neither. | Partly | Partly | Partly | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Paper: invoice, challan, order, payslip, credit & debit notesNot one template bolted on per screen — one house style, so a payslip looks like it came from the same business as the invoice. The amount is written out in words, counted in lakh and crore. The job-work challan prints in triplicate with the value Rule 55 asks for, each copy marked for whose it is. A payslip shows earnings and deductions in two columns, so a bank clerk can read it without adding anything up. A credit note names the bill it corrects on its face — or says plainly that it belongs to no single bill — and every figure on it is printed positive with one line saying which way they point, so nobody subtracts twice. Nothing that has not been issued can be sent: you can look at it and print it, and that is all. | Partly | ✓ | ✓ | Partly | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Audit trail: who did what, on every documentOurs reads as a sentence — "Payroll run approved · PAY-RUN-0001 · Arjun" — with what changed on tap, and it only ever shows you the kinds of record you can already open. | — | Partly | Partly | — | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

| Keeps working through a dead spotOurs: the screens you were on keep showing, marked with the time we last had them, and attendance and machine breakdowns can be entered — they wait on the phone and send themselves when the line returns. Bills and payments still need a connection, on purpose. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | Partly | — | Partly | Partly |

Zero numbers you enter twice. Stock, dues, GST, wages — they follow the documents, or they don’t exist.
Software that explains its “no”
Other software lets the costly mistake through. SutraBook stops it — and tells you why.
You can’t type a stock number.
Numbers come from documents. That’s why you can trust them.
You can’t edit a sent bill.
Cancel and reissue. Even a cancelled bill keeps its number — a gap in the series looks like a hidden sale.
You can’t pay March twice.
An approved payroll month locks. Paying twice is the mistake you can’t take back.
Built for what you make
The only thing that changes between industries is the pipeline. Pick yours.
From plate to part, on one thread
Job shops and fabricators live between raw steel, outside plating, and a customer who calls about his brackets.
How machining & fabrication runs on the thread →Cut, stitch, pack — counted at every stage
A garment is not one quantity. Cut, stitched, washed and packed are different numbers, and only packed can ship.
How garments & textiles runs on the thread →Recipes, yields and honest wastage
Batches, recipes and a floor where wastage is a real cost — and where batch expiry matters.
How food processing runs on the thread →Boards in, furniture out, cost known
Sheets and hardware become furniture through cutting, assembly and polish — with laminate at the laminator’s.
How furniture & wood runs on the thread →Granules, machines and cycle honesty
Moulders live by the machine: which press ran, how long it was down, and what the rejects cost.
How plastics & moulding runs on the thread →Formulations, drums and decimals
Formulation businesses need recipes that keep secrets, quantities that keep decimals, and books that keep GST.
How chemicals & coatings runs on the thread →Hundreds of parts, one honest BOM
Assembly shops carry long BOMs, tiny parts, and customers who return boards that fail at their end.
How electronics assembly runs on the thread →You are somebody’s job worker
Plating shops, powder coaters, machining-for-others — the factory whose product is a process.
How job-work units runs on the thread →Every device. Both languages.
