Your books are yours
Said plainly, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.
On this website
This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics scripts. If you fill the “Talk to us” form, we store what you typed — your name, number and message — so we can call you back. That is the only thing the website collects, and we use it for nothing else. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp; what happens there is between you and WhatsApp.
In the app
Your account holds what you put into it: your items, parties, documents, attendance and books. It is stored in an isolated space that belongs to your business alone — one tenant, one store, no shared tables.
Our own platform administrators cannot open your business data. That is not a promise of good behaviour — it is how the system is built: the platform side can see that your account exists, its plan and its billing state, and nothing inside it. Support sees your screens only when you invite a support user in, and you can remove them any day.
What we will never do
- Sell your data, or share it with anyone who is not running the service for you.
- Read your books to build anything that is not your own screens.
- Hold your data hostage — every list exports to Excel or CSV, on every plan, always.
If you leave
Export what you want, then ask us to delete the account. We delete the tenant store; routine backups age out on their own within a few weeks.
